Store Policies

While we know that you will love our products we understand that sometimes they may not be the perfect fit.

We will gladly exchange the item or refund your money. (Returning postage charges are at the expense of the buyer.)

Some store items may be subject to back orders.  If this happens we will ship your item(s) as soon as we receive them from our manufacturer.

All items are shipped FOB from our facility.  This means that we are not responsible for breakage during shipping. 

If you want to assure that your item will be replaced if broken during shipment, you will need to purchase shippers insurance at an additional cost to you..

We will work very hard to accomodate any special shipping requirements that you may require but all items are shipped on an "In Stock" basis. 

If you are in hurry to receive your item(s) please email us before you make your purchase to assure that all your items are in stock.
